Sally O'Hara of Holley O'Hara Sally initially trained as an Occupational Therapist, reaching Section Head level in a hospital in her native New Zealand. After coming to Britain in 1998, Sally joined HR software suppliers Percom, where she worked on the Helpline (eventually as Helpline Supervisor) and in training and consultancy. She then worked as an HR systems consultant for Railfreight and Price Waterhouse before setting up Holley O'Hara with Pete. As a member of the Holley O'Hara team, Sally worked in software support for HelpOut and HR systems support, development and consultancy for Software for People. More recently she has worked in general software support and project administration and management for a number of clients.
