O'Hara Environmental Consulting is a small consulting firm located in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California. Neil O'Hara, REA, has over 20 years experience in the environmental sciences. He has held positions as a science educator, education administrator, consulting biologist, water quality specialist and environmental assessor. He also is an accomplished computer programmer and data analyst. OHARA is the result of a hybridization between his environmental science and computer skills.

Sarah O'Hara is a staff member of the Department of Environmental and Geomorphological Sciences, University of Nottingham, England.
