Elin O'Hara Slavick

Elin O'Hara slavick is a Professor of Visual Art, Theory and Practice at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her MFA in Photography from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and her BA from Sarah Lawrence College. Slavick has exhibited her work internationally and is the author of Bomb After Bomb: A Violent Cartography, with a foreword by Howard Zinn and essay by Carol Mavor and After Hiroshima, with an essay by James Elkins. She is also a curator, critic and activist.  

Professor James J. O'Hara

Jim O'Hara is Professor of Latin in the Department of Classics at the University of North Carolina (UNC) Chapel Hill. He has taught at UNC since 2001 ... His research and teaching interests are in Greek and especially Latin poetry. 

James E. O'Hara (1844-1905)

James Edward O'Hara (February 26, 1844 - September 15, 1905) was an American politician and attorney who in 1882 was the second African American to be elected to Congress from North Carolina.
