David T. O'Hara is a Course Instructor (Internet and E-commerce) with The American Institute of Business and Economics (AIBEc), an independent, noncommercial business school in Moscow. O'Hara holds an MBA and Master of Arts from the University of Texas. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of Rambler Internet Holding, operator of a variety of projects including the most visited site on the Russian Internet. His internet entrepreneurial activity includes creating a website for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, serving as a consultant for a B2B startup, and creating an Internet services business. In 1995 he opened and operated a Pizza Hut franchise in St. Petersburg, the first Western franchise in that city.
