O'Hara still believes Spurs can make the last eight

SPURS midfielder Jamie O'Hara is certain the North Londoners can come from behind to win their Uefa Cup tie when they travel to PSV next week,writes James Randall.

PSV go into the second leg with a 1-0 lead following last nights victory at White Hart Lane, but O'Hara thinks his side can easily over turn this deficit.

He told the Spurs official website: "We've got to look at it in a sense that it's only one nil, and we believe we can go there ( PSV ) and win."

He added:" We had to be careful because we didn't want to throw everything forward and then get caught out and go 2-0 or 3-0 down."

The 21-year-old has been in fine form this season, but failed to help his side get on the score sheet, despite a late volley: He continued: "I was gutted my volley didn't go in. I was disappointed with my free-kick beforehand so I was determined to make amends, but it just didn't go in for me."

The Englishman thinks the Dutch league leaders came to the capital intending to hit Spurs on the counter attack, as a result the Carling Cup holders struggled to break them down: He said: "PSV came here and did well. They had a plan to hit us on the counter-attack and stay on the ball as much as they could, and we struggled to break them down.

O'Hara added: "The gaffer said at half-time that we'd have to change our style of play. In the end we had to revert to long balls and trying to grab a goal like that."
