31 year prison sentence following death of Colleen O'Hara and her 3-year-old daughter, Mary — Daniel Allen Negrete was sentencedto 31 years in prison for a January, 2004, fatal accident near Dolan Springs that killed Negrete's girlfriend and her young daughter. Colleen O'Hara and her two young daughters, were ejected from the car. None of the car's occupants were wearing seat belts. O'Hara was also 20 weeks pregnant.
